(e) communication data will be retained for a minimum period of 5 years following the date of the communication in question, and for a maximum period of 20 years following that date;

(f) usage data will be retained for 20 years following the date of collection; and

5.4. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 5, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
